A colleague, who is an obvious member of the good ol B-O-Y network, said, “Unfortunately, university studies conclude that both men and women prefer male bosses.” Apparently this is the accepted “norm” because a university studied it.
They’ve obviously never asked a headstrong girl who was born in the late 70s. I need a woman who has faced the ill, all-male network with her tits at attention and her business savvy in high gear, to show me the ropes.
