The News on Tuesday, Dec. 9: Sustainable Brands International at Fontainebleau

I am attending the Sustainable Brands International conference today at the newly refurbished Fontainebleau Hotel in Miami Beach.

“With 107,000 square feet of indoor meeting space, Fontainebleau Miami Beach caters to groups of every scale and type, from executive board meetings to large-scale conventions. Meeting space includes three elegant ballrooms totaling 66,000 square feet that will accommodate up to 3,000 people in theater seating. A 19,000-square-foot meeting center incorporates two permanent boardrooms. Five conference suites offer the ultimate in privacy and comfort for small meetings. In addition, Fontainebleau Miami Beach has more than 41,000 square feet of pre-function space and 51,000 square feet of outdoor event space, including the 21,000-square-foot ocean lawn.”

It should be an interesting site visit, as well as an opportunity to learn how the sustainable market plans to take over this economy by storm.

I am interested in meeting someone at Green Mountain Coffee to sponsor “The Power of Yin,” the online TV show I created this year on behalf of Ethical Markets Media, LLC. I notice on their web site that have a section called “Ripped From the Headlines.” I wonder if they would be willing to pay for the series I created?

There are other big-name corporations that will be present. We shall see what happens.
