I’m watching this stupid new show called “The Bold Type” as a study in women at work…and as I watch the editor in chief mentor the bratty little girls who are totally self-absorbed and only focused on their careers…I am inspired but also feeling like I completely failed at mentoring the millennial women who were depending on me at my org.
